Dealers: Tracking

		Allows you to use a database field for keeping track of which dealer has been allocated to which Contact.

		Select Contact / Company / Family
		No tracking No record will be made of which dealer has been allocated to a particular Contact.
		Store the dealer in: Select a database field that will hold the name of the dealer that has been allocated to a particular Contact.
		Store the date of distribution in: Select a database field that will hold the date on which the dealer was allocated.
		Note If you change the fields that hold the dealer name and date after you have allocated some Contacts, they will keep the dealer information in the previously selected fields.
